Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di sekolah. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatori survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berada pada kategori kuat, komitmen organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi, dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi baik secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. ..... This research was conducted at The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung. Issue became a study in this research is having not optimal teacher’s performance in school. Focus directed to faktors influenced teacher’s performance. Organizational culture and organizational commitment are faktors that thought to have influence on teacher’s performance. Therefore, this research examines three variabels, namely organizational culture, organizational commitment, and teacher’s performance. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question form. Respondents were teachers of The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung as many as 90 people. Data technique analyzed using regression analysis. The result of the data analysis revealed that organizational culture is in high category, organizational commitment is in high category, and teacher’s performance at The State Vocational High School 11 Bandung is in high category. Based on the result of regression analysis, the result revealed that organizational culture and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence toward teacher’s performance.
