Abstract

Saluran transmisi 150 kV subsistem Cirata merupakan bagian dari sistem interkoneksi transmisi 150 kV Jawa Barat yang mempunyai kapasitas daya 500 MVA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki profil tegangan sistem tenaga listrik 150 kV subsistem Cirata yang mengalami penurunan profil tegangan. Profil tegangan sistem tenaga listrik harus dijaga agar penyaluran daya dari sumber tenaga listrik ke pihak konsumen tidak mengalami rugi-rugi daya yang besar. Solusi untuk memperbaiki profil tegangan yang mengalami penurunan adalah pemasangan kapasitor pada sistem tenaga listrik dengan penentuan letak dan kapasitas kapasitor yang optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penentuan letak dan kapasitas kapasitor yang optimal yang bertujuan memperbaiki profil tegangan tersebut adalah metode analisis aliran daya Newthon-Rhapson dan algoritma Ant Colony Optimization yang disimulasikan pada MATLAB R2017a. Berdasarkan simulasi aliran daya menunjukan terdapat 5 bus pada sistem tenaga listrik 150 kV subsistem Cirata yang mengalami penurunan profil tegangan dibawah standar PLN +5% dan -10% (135 kV – 157,5 kV) sehingga menyebabkan rugi-rugi daya yang besar sedangkan setelah pemasangan kapasitor dengan metode Newthon-Rhapson dan algoritma Ant Colony Optimization 5 bus sistem tenaga listrik 150 kV subsistem Cirata yang sebelumnya mengalami penurunan profil tegangan telah mengalami perbaikan profil tegangan sehingga telah sesuai dengan standar PLN dan dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi daya hingga 24.66 %. Kata kunci : Profil Tegangan, Kapasitor, Newthon-Rhapson, Ant Colony Optimization The 150 kV Cirata subsystem transmission line is part of the 150 kV West Java transmission interconnect system that has a power capacity of 500 MVA. The purpose of this study was to improve the voltage profile of the 150 kV Cirata subsystem which experienced a decrease in the voltage profile. The voltage profile of the electric power system must be maintained so that power distribution from the power source to the consumer does not experience large power losses. The solution to improve the voltage profile that has decreased is the installation of capacitors in the electric power system by determining the location and capacity of the optimal capacitor. The research method used to determine the optimal capacitor location and capacity that aims to improve the voltage profile is the Newthon-Rhapson power flow analysis method and the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm which is simulated on MATLAB R2017a. Based on the simulation of the power flow shows that there are 5 buses in the 150 kV Cirata subsystem that have decreased the voltage profile under the PLN standard of + 5% and -10% (135 kV - 157.5 kV), causing large power losses whereas after installation of capacitors by the Newthon-Rhapson method and the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm 5 bus 150 kV Cirata subsystem which previously decreased the voltage profile has improved the voltage profile so that it is in accordance with PLN standards and can reduce power losses by up to 24.66%.
