Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan terhadap going concern pada PDAM Kabupaten/Kota yang berada di Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2015-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 22 yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan hasil evaluasi kinerja PDAM yang tercantum dalam website BPPSPAM. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan software Eviews 10. Kinerja PDAM diukur menggunakan skor pada setiap perspektif balance scorecard sedangkan going concern diukur menggunakan rumus Zmijewski. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) perspektif keuangan berpengaruh terhadap going concern; (2) perspektif pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap going concern; (3) perspektif proses bisnis internal berpengaruh terhadap going concern; (4) perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpengaruh terhadap going concern.---------- This research aims to determine the effect of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning perspective and growth on going concern of PDAM Regency / City West Java Province in 2015-2017. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling apply was purposive sampling and obtained sampling 22 that fit the criteria. The data used is secondary data obtained from the PDAM performance evaluation report listed on the BPPSPAM website. Hypothesis testing is done by using panel data regression analysis with software Eviews 10. PDAM performance is measured using scores on each balance scorecard perspective while going concern is measured using the Zmijewski formula. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that (1) the financial perspective influences going concern; (2) the customer's perspective influences going concern; (3) the internal business process perspective influences going concern; (4) learning and growth perspective influencing going concern.
