    Abstract

    This study investigated the influence of capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on firm value. This study used data sourced from the financial statements of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2017. The sample used was 55 companies. The analysis methods of this research used multiple regression analysis with stepwise method. The results of this research shows that the capital structure and profitability has an impact on firm value with a positive direction. As for the dividend policy has no effect on firm value.

    Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor properti, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2017. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan metode stepwise. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara kebijakan dividen tidak.
