Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kreativitas peserta didik SMP kelas VII melalui LKPD berbasis Search, Solve, Create, dan Share (SSCS) pada konteks perancangan alat kromatografi kertas sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (design research) dari Plomp. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu tahap preliminary research, development or prototyping phase, assessment phase. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah LKPD berbasis SSCS pada perancangan alat kromatografi kertas sederhana. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang peserta didik SMP kelas VII, satu orang guru IPA SMP, dan lima orang observer. Instrumen yang digunakan di antaranya angket respon guru dan peserta didik, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, lembar penilaian jawaban peserta didik dan lembar penilaian karya kreatif peserta didik. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian menggunakan skala Guttman, skala Likert dan interpretasi persentase menurut Riduwan. Hasil respon guru dan peserta didik termasuk kategori sangat sesuai yang berarti membutuhkan LKPD berbasis SSCS. Aktivitas guru dan peserta didik saat implementasi LKPD pada tahap search, solve, create dan share termasuk kategori sangat baik. Efektivitas LKPD berbasis SSCS yang ditinjau dari dua aspek yaitu penilaian jawaban peserta didik dan penilaian karya kreatif peserta didik berdasarkan indikator kreatif fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, dan evaluation termasuk kategori sangat baik.;-- This study aims to build the creativity of students of junior high school in VIIth grade through the development of Search, Solve, Create, dan Share (SSCS)-based Worksheet in the context of designing simple paper chromatographic tools. The research method used in this study is the research development (design research) of Plomp. This study consist of three stages: preliminary research, development or prototyping phase, assessment phase. The subject of this study is Search, Solve, Create, dan Share (SSCS)-based worksheet in the context of designing simple paper chromatographic tools. The number of respondent used in this study are 30 students of junior high school in VIIth grade, one science teacher and five observer. The instruments used include questionnaire responses of teachers and learners, observation sheet of teacher activities and learners, assessment sheet of learners’ answers and assessment sheet of creative work of learners. Data processing result of study using Guttman scale, Likert scale and percentage interpretation according to Riduwan. The result of the questionnaire responses of teachers and learners are very appropriate. Teacher and learner activity during implementation in the stage search, solve, create, and share are very good category. Effectiveness of SSCS-based worksheet which is reviewed from two aspects namely the assessment of learners’ answers and assessment of creative work of learners according to creative indicator (fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and evaluation) is in very good category.
