Abstract

Kebijakan energi Nasional pada dasarnya adalah menyediakan energi listrik dengan kontiuitas penyaluran energi listrik yang handal terhadap gangguan temporal dan permanent. Salah satu komponen penting adalah adanya sistem proteksi yang handal. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kehandalan peralatan sistem proteksi jaringan distribusi PT PLN 20 kV terutama Area Bandung Rayon Bandung selatan dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). FMEA disini menganalisis kegagalan berdasarkan kualitas dari tiap-tiap peralatan pengaman bukan dari gangguan akibat arus dan tegangan lebih. Dengan menggunakan metode ini dapat ditentukan besaran nilai index risk priority number (RPN) kegagalan kinerja sistem proteksi. Indikatornya ditunjukkan melalui nilai RPN parameter severity (keparahan), Occurence (seringnya terjadi kerusakan), dan detection (Pendeteksian) dari tiap-tiap komponen peralatan sistem proteksi sistem distribusi 20 kV. Dapat dilakukan tindakan urutan prioritas yang memposisikan kajian sistem/komponen proteksi yang tidak bermutu, dari hasil kajian diperoleh gambaran nilai RPN di jaringan distribusi PT. PLN Area Bandung Rayon Bandung Selatan memiliki nilai RPN 180 tertinggi, nilai ini masih di ambang batas aman karena masih di bawah nilai kritis yaitu 200.;---The national energy policy is basically to provide electrical energy with a reliable electrical charge distribution to temporal and permanent disruption. One important component is the existence of a reliable protection system. In this study aims to analyze the reliability of network equipment protection system of PT PLN 20 kV distribution, especially Bandung Area Rayon south of Bandung using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. The FMEA here analyzes failure based on the quality of each security device rather than the disruption of current and over voltage. By using this method can be determined amount of index risk value priority number (RPN) failure protection system performance. The indicators are indicated by the RPN value of severity parameter, Occurrence (frequent damage), and detection (Detection) of each component of 20 kV distribution system protection system. Can be done the order of priority positions that position the assessment of systems / components of protection that are not qualified, from the results of the study obtained picture RPN value in the distribution network of PT. PLN Bandung Area Rayon South Bandung has the highest RPN 180, this value is still on the safe threshold because it is still below the critical value of 200.
