Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi serta mengukur berapa besar pengaruh kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil (atau aparatur sipil negara-ASN) di PPPPTK TK dan PLB yang berjumlah 137 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang sesuai dengan perhitungan dengan rumus Slovin. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel stratified random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket kuesioner mengenai kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi dan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signnifikan antara variable kinerja pegawai terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 53,3%. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable komitmen orgnisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai sebesar 27,6%. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variable kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai secara simultan bersama-sama sebesar 64,4%.-- This study aims to determine and analyze employee performance and organizational commitment and measure how much influence the performance of employees and organizational commitment to employee productivity. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population that is the object of this research is all civil servants (or civil servants of state-ASN) in PPPPTK Kindergarten and PLB amounting to 137 people. The sample used is 58 people according to calculation with Slovin formula. Determination of sample using stratified random sampling technique samples. Instrument used in the form of questionnaire questionnaire about employee performance, organizational commitment and work productivity of employees. The data obtained is then processed and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results obtained: first, there is a significant influence between employee performance variable to employee productivity of 53.3%. Second, there is a significant influence between the variable commitment orgnisasi to employee productivity of 27.6%. Third, there is a significant influence between employee performance variable and organizational commitment to employee work productivity simultaneously together equal to 64,4%.
