Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas VB pada salah satu sekolah dasar negeri. Hal tersebut dikarenakan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kurang efektif untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VB yang berjumlah 35 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VB sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan Sukasari kota Bandung pada bulan Februari – April 2018. Instrumen pengumpul data PTK ini terdiri dari lembar observasi dan catatan lapangan. Teknik pengolahan data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik persentase, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas VB sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan Sukasari Bandung.;--- This research is based on the low ability of VB students in one of the public elementary schools. This is because the method of learning applied by teachers is less effective in order to improve the ability of student cooperation. This study aims to describe the application of jigsaw type cooperative model to improve students' cooperative ability. The research method used is class action research (PTK) Kemmis and MC model. Taggart is done two cycles with the planning, implementation, observation and reflection on each cycle. The subjects of the study were VB students, amounting to 35 people. This research was conducted in VB grade of public elementary school in Sukasari sub-district of Bandung in February - April 2018. The instrument of PTK data collector consists of observation sheet and field note. Quantitative data processing techniques were analyzed using percentage statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman techniques. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model of jigsaw type can improve the ability of cooperation of VB students of public elementary school in Sukasari sub district, Bandung.
