Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pelatihan tentang keluarga sehat yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan dimana program ini memudahkan tenaga kesehatan untuk melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dengan pendekatan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) memperoleh informasi mengenai persepsi alumni peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat mengenai proses pelatihan. 2) mendeskripsikan kinerja tenaga kesehatan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. 3) menganalisis pengaruh proses pelatihan keluarga sehat terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket online dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah alumni peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat wilayah kerja BBPK Ciloto. Populasi sebanyak 100 orang dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling taraf kesalahan 5% sehingga mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Data yang terkumpul yaitu sebanyak 66. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan 1) persepsi peserta tentang proses pelatihan memiliki kategori tinggi dengan kriteria 83,10% dengan aspek yang paling tinggi yaitu perencanaan 85,22%. Artinya proses pelatihan terlaksana dengan baik dan memuaskan bagi peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat wilayah kerja BBPK Ciloto. 2) kinerja tenaga kesehatan setelah mengikuti pelatihan memiliki kategori tinggi terlihat dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan sebanyak 87,5%. Artinya tenaga kesehatan puskesmas sudah bisa melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan kompetensi yang harus dimilikinya mengenai indikator keluarga sehat. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari proses pelatihan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan puskesmas dengan besar pengaruh yaitu sebesar 77,2%. ;--- This research is motivated by the existence of training on healthy families that have an influence on the performance of health workers where this program facilitates health workers to do their work in accordance with the competencies of health workers to improve public health through family approaches. This study aims to 1) obtain information about the perception of alumni of healthy family training participants regarding the training process. 2) describe the performance of health workers after participating in training activities. 3) analyze the influence of the process of healthy family training on the performance of health center health workers. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were alumni of healthy family training participants in the BBPK Ciloto work area. The population of 100 people by sampling using random sampling error level of 5% so as to get a sample of 80 people. The collected data is 66. This study concludes 1) participants' perceptions of the training process have a high category with 83.10% criteria with the highest aspect, namely 85.22% planning. This means that the training process was carried out well and satisfactorily for healthy family training participants in the BBPK Ciloto working area. 2) the performance of health workers after attending the training has a high category seen from the planning and implementation of 87.5%. This means that health center health workers can already do their work in accordance with the competencies they must have regarding healthy family indicators. 3) there is a positive and significant influence of the training process on the performance of Puskesmas health workers with a significant influence of 77.2%.
