Abstract
Perilaku LGBT sudah sangat mengkhawatirkan dan perlu tindakan pencegahan secara nyata baik oleh Pemerintah sendiri maupun partisipasi dari masyarakat melalui organisasi kemasyarakatan. Padahal perilaku LGBT sangat bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang menjadi groundnorm di Indonesia. Hal tersebut menunjukkan fakta bahwa masyarakat Indonesia masih sangat pasif dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tiga permasalahan, yaitu bagaimana program, implementasi, serta hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan berbasis keagamaan dalam mengkonstruksi nilai-nilai Pancasila guna mencegah bahaya LBGT. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus tentang PC GP Ansor Kabupaten Cirebon. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa program-program yang dilakukan oleh GP Ansor Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki kontribusi besar dalam mengkonstruksi nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada para anggota khususnya dalam mencegah bahaya LGBT. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari perilaku LGBT yang dipandang oleh para stakeholder dan kader merupakan perilaku yang bertentangan dengan nilai Pancasila. Kemudian perilaku tersebut pun tidak pernah ditemukan di internal GP Ansor Kabupaten Cirebon dan ketika ditemukan perilaku LGBT di masyarakat yaitu dengan menekankan pada penggunaan cara persuasif atau kekeluargaan. ;--- LGBT attitudes have been very worrying and need real preventive action both by the Government itself and the participation of the community through community organizations. Whereas LGBT behavior is very contrary to the values of Pancasila that became groundnorm in Indonesia. This shows the fact that the Indonesian people are still very passive in implementing Pancasila values. This study is based on three problems, namely how the program, implementation, and the obstacles and efforts undertaken by faith-based social organizations in constructing the values of Pancasila in order to prevent LBGT danger.The approach used in this research is qualitative approach using case study method about PC GP Ansor Kabupaten Cirebon. Data collection was done through interview technique, observation, literature study, and documentation study. The results revealed that programs conducted by GP Ansor Kabupaten Cirebon have a major contribution in constructing the values of Pancasila to members especially in preventing LGBT dangers. This can be seen from LGBT behavior that was never found in GP Ansor District Cirebon and they assume that the behavior is very contrary to the value of Pancasila and the teachings of Islam. Later, when LGBT behaviors were found in the community, they emphasized the use of persuasive or familial methods as had been done to madrasah teachers who developed LGBT behavior in the Ansor district of Cirebon District. Barriers in any less participatory program of active members can be pursued by further raising awareness and adapting to the activities of cadres or members.
