Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program pembelajaran memelihara kesehatan alat-alat reproduksi pada remaja tunarungu, sebagai upaya untuk meminimalisir hambatan yang dialami remaja tunarungu ketika mengalami haid. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua orang guru kelas, dua orangtua siswa dan dua orang siswa tunarungu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif yang langkah-langkahnya adalah reduksi, display dan interpretasi data. Teknik pemerikasaan dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi dan member check. Prosedur penelitian melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap pertama melihat kondisi objektif, kebutuhan-kebutuhan remaja tunarungu dalam memelihara kesehatan alat-alat reproduksi.Tahap kedua menganalisis hasil kondisi objektif dan membuat draf program, serta tahap ketiga adalah validasi program yang selanjutnya dibuat program akhir yang bersifat hipotetik.Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa remaja tunarungu di sekolah yang menjadi lokasi penelitian belum memiliki keterampilan dalam memelihara kesehatan alat-alat reproduksi dan peralatannya, serta tata cara mandi junub setelah haid. Pembuatan program disusun atas tiga bab, bab satu pendahuluan, bab dua isi program, dan bab tiga evaluasi program.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, bahwa remaja tunarungu di sekolah yang menjadi lokasi penelitian belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memelihara kesehatan alat-alat reporoduksi dan peralatannya serta tata cara mandi junub. Kedua, program terdiri dari tiga bab yaitu bab satu pendahuluan, bab dua isi program dan bab tiga evaluasi program. Direkomendasikan agar program yang telah disusun dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran memelihara kesehatan alat-alat reproduksi pada remaja tunarungu di SLB. Kata Kunci: Program pembelajaran, memelihara kesehatan alat reproduksi, remaja tunarungu This research aims to create the Learning Program of caring the reproductive organs’ health in the adolescents with the hearing impairment in order to minimize the disabilities that they have when having menstruation. The used method is the descriptive one with the qualitative research approach. The subjects of the research consisted of two class teachers, the two students with the hearing impairment and their parents as well. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentary study. While techniques of analyzing data uses reduction, display and interpretation of the data. The techniques of examination and validity of data using triangulation and member check. The research procedure contains of three stages, the first one is to see objective conditions & deaf teenager needs in maintaining a healthy reproductive organs.The second stage is analyzing the objective results and formulating the draft program. The third stage is validating the program made as the final which is still hypothetical one. The findings from this study is that adolescents with hearing impairment in school as research yet have the skills to maintain reproductive health tools and equipment and procedures junub bath after menstruation. The program design is based on the objective conditions of the research, composed of three chapters, The first chapter is the preliminary, the second one is about the content of the program, and the third one is the program evaluation. The result of the research is that the adolescents with the hearing impairment in the schools where research was conducted have not had the skills and knowledge about the procedures related to the menstruation and how to do “Junub bath”. The needs of the adolescents with the hearing impairment in the schools where research was conducted when having menstruation are the knowledge & skills about the equipment used during menstruation and its hygiene, and also how to do “Junub bath”. Both programs consist of three chapters, the first chapter introduction, chapter two and chapter three program consist of evaluation. It is recommended that a program that has been compiled can be used as reference for the skills of maintaining a healthy reproductive organs in adolescents with hearing impairment at SLB.
