Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap persepsi siswa terhadap ujian nasional berbasis komputer (UNBK) pada SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. Program UNBK merupakan suatu program nasional yang diperuntukan salah satunya kepada siswa jenjang SMP baik untuk sekolah negeri maupun swasta. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Program UNBK harus melalui tahap-tahap yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) pada Panduan Operasional Standar Ujian Nasional (POS-UN). Penelitian ini menjawab rumusan masalah “bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap ujian nasional berbasis komputer (UNBK) pada SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung?”. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta UNBK yang berjumlah 115 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan kai kuadrat dan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas implementasi UNBK dinyatakan sangat baik. Adapun rinciannya adalah 1) Persiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer dinyatakan sangat baik. 2) Tanggapan siswa terhadap teknis pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer dinyatakan sangat baik. 3) Hasil Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer siswa dinyatakan baik 4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat siswa dalam menghadapi Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer dinyatakan sangat baik.;-- This study reveals the students' perceptions of the computer-based national exam (UNBK) in SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. UNBK program is a national program that is intended for one of them to junior high school students for both public and private schools. In its implementation, the UNBK Program must go through the stages set by the government through the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) in the National Standard Operational Guidance Manual (POS-UN). This study answers the formulation of the problem "how students' perceptions of the computer-based national exam (UNBK) in SMP Negeri 1 Bandung City?". Data were collected using questionnaire, interview and documentation study. The sample in this study was 115 participants of UNBK. Data analysis technique used is with chi square and descriptive percentage. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that the overall quality of UNBK implementation is very good. The details are 1) Preparation of students in facing the National Computer-Based Exam is very good. 2) Student response to the technical implementation of the Computer-Based National Exam is very good. 3) Results of Computer-Based National Exam students are declared good 4) Supporting factors and inhibitors of students in the face of the Computer-Based National Exam expressed very well.
