Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Diagnosis Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Sekolah di Sekolah Laboratorium Percontohan Kampus Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)”. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 2 orang ahli manajemen pendidikan (dosen), 19 orang kepala sekolah, 9 orang wakil kepala sekolah, dan 47 orang guru yang tersebar di SD, SMP, dan SMA Laboratorium Percontohan Kampus UPI, serta di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan dan mengembangkan instrumen diagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program sekolah, yang diharapkan dapat mengisi kekosongan instrumen tersebut di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa output dari penelitian ini berupa instrumen diagnosis keshatan evaluasi program sekolah yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur penelitian dan alat ukur untuk mendiagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program sekolah, meskipun harus dikembangkan dan disempurnakan. Instrumen hasil penelitian ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah sebagai praktisi pendidikan, memiliki dimensi dan indikator yang sudah operasional, dan mampu mengukur atau mendiagnosa kesehatan evaluasi program sekolah dengan menggunakan skala likert. ---------This research is titled “Diagnose of Healthy School Program Evaluation in Laboratory Schools of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)”. The participants are 2 management of education experts (lecturer), 9 vice principals, and 47 teachers. The teachers spread in laboratory schools of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (including elementary, junior high, and senior high school) and all public elementary schools in Sukasari district, Bandung city. This research aims to formulate and develop the instrument of its diagnose that is expected to be able to fulfill the instrument in school. This research uses research and development methods. Data collecting technique used are questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). According to the research result, the researcher concludes that this research output is in the form of health diagnose of school program evaluation. The health diagnose may be used as a research measuring instrument and a measuring instrument to diagnose health of school program evaluation, although it needs to be developed and perfected. The instrument of this research result has been suitable with the school needs as an education practitioner, having dimension and indicator that is operationally good, and affording to measure or diagnose health of school program evaluation using Likert scale.
