Abstract
Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia. Untuk membuktikan industri pariwisata memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, dapat dilihat dari kontribusi pariwisata terhadap PDB nasional. Jawa Tengah ditata melalui kebijakan pembangunan kepariwisataannya yang telah ditetapkan sebagai daerah tujuan wisata dengan keharmonisan budaya dan alam, dengan menawarkan produk bagi wisatawan nusantara bergolongan ekonomi menengah serta wisatawan mancanegara yang memiliki minat budaya. Terlihat dari sasaran program pembangunan kebudayaan dan pariwisata Jawa Tengah salah satunya yaitu: Tercapainya peningkatan jumlah kunjungan, lama tinggal, dan pengeluaran belanja wisatawan mancanegara dan wisatawan nusantara guna meningkatkan kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap PDRB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan 4 variabel yang terdiri dari 1 variabel terikat dan 3 variabel bebas. Guna mengetahui pengaruh dari jumlah wisatawan, lama tinggal wisatawan, dan pengeluaran wisatawan terhadap PDRB sektor pariwisata di Jawa Tengah digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder tahun 2003 – 2012 serta bantuan dari program SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan jumlah wisatawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap PDRB sektor pariwisata di Jawa Tengah, sedangkan lama tinggal wisatawan dan pengeluaran wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap PDRB sektor pariwisata di Jawa Tengah. Kata kunci: jumlah wisatawan, lama tinggal, pengeluaran, PDRB Jawa Tengah The tourism sector is one of the important factors in the development of the Indonesian economy. To prove the tourism industry have a positive impact on the Indonesian economy, it can be seen from the contribution of tourism to the national GDP. Central Java arranged through the tourism development policies that have been established as a tourist destination with cultural harmony and nature, by offering diversified products for middle class tourists and foreign tourists who have interest in culture. Seen from the target culture and tourism development program in Central Java is one of them: The achievement of increasing the number of tourist, length of stay and expenses of foreign tourists and domestic tourists in order to increase the tourism sector's contribution to GRDP. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses 4 variables consisting of one dependent variable and 3 independent variables. To determine the effect of the number of tourists, the length of stay tourist, and expenses of his to GRDP in the tourism sector in Central Java used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The source of the data in this study used secondary data years 2003 - 2012 as well as the help of SPSS version 20.0. Results of this study declare the number of tourists is not significant and positive impact on the tourism sector GRDP in Central Java, while the length of stay of tourists and expenses of his significant and positive impact on the tourism sector GDP in Central Java.
