Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran, meliputi merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu penelitian mengkaji dua variabel yaitu komitmen organisasi (X) dan kinerja guru (Y). Analisis mendalam dilakukan terhadap kedua variabel tersebut dengan variabel kontrol status kepegawaian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat komitmen organisasi dan kinerja guru bagi PNS dan Non PNS, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, serta perbedaan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dilihat dari status kepegawaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden adalah guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komitmen organisasi dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PNS dan guru Non PNS; (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru PNS dan Non PNS. ..... This research was conducted at The State Vocational High School of 11 Bandung. The issue became a study in this research is the low teachers jobs performance in the learning such as plan learning, implementing and evaluating learning caused by low organizational commitment. Focus directed at factors that is thought to have influence on the teachers jobs performance. Therefore the study examines two variables, namely (variable X) organizational commitment and teachers jobs performance (variable Y). In-depth analysis conducted on these two variables to control variables employment status The purpose of this research is to analysis level of teachers jobs performance and organizational commitment for civil servants and non-civil servants, the influence of organizational commitment on teachers jobs performance, as well as the differences of organizational commitment towards the level of teachers jobs performance of civil servants and non-civil servants. This research used explanatory survey method. The data was collected by using questionnaires. The respondents were 30 teachers of State Vocational School of 11 Bandung. Data were analyzed by using correlate Rank Spearman. The result showed that: (1) Organizational commitment and teachers jobs performance are on a high category; (2) The effecttiveness of organizational commitment towards good teachers job performance, both civil servants and non-civil servants teacher; and (3) There are diffrerences in organizational commitment and teachers jobs performance between civil servant teacher and non-civil servant teacher.
