Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (PPPPTK BMTI)” ini, secara umum bertujuan memperoleh gambaran pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (PPPPTK BMTI). Pada suatu organisasi, sumber daya manusia adalah hal paling penting untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan keadaan kondusif. Jika organisasi memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik, maka akan berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, jika tingkat kedisiplin kurang baik, maka akan muncul perasaan ketidaknyamanan dari pegawai. Penerapan disiplin kerja menimbulkan perasaan karyawan yang berimplikasi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi yang maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif disertai studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 68 pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Bidang Mesin dan Teknik Industri (PPPPTK BMTI). Perhitungan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik parametik dan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi variabel X (Disiplin Kerja) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai) menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja dengan kondisi maksimum berpengaruh cukup kuat dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 28,6%. ABSTRACT The study entitled " The Effect of Work Discipline On The Employees’ Performance in the Development and Empowerment Center of Industrial and Engineering Education and Engineering (PPPPTK BMTI)" generally aims to obtain an overview of the influence of work discipline on employees' performance at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Personnel Machine and Industrial Engineering Education (PPPPTK BMTI). Human resources are the most important thing in an organization to carry out the job with conducive conditions. If the organization has a good level of discipline, it will have an impact on employees’ performance. Otherwise, if the level of discipline is bad, then there will be a feeling of discomfort from the employee. The application of work discipline raises the feeling of employees which have implications for achieving maximum organizational goals. This study uses descriptive methods with an quantitative approach along with literature studies. The technique of collecting data is using a questionnaire, which was distributed to 68 employees at the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel in the Field of Machinery and Industrial Engineering (PPPPTK BMTI). The calculation of this study uses parametric statistical techniques and the Pearson Product Moment formula. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient variable X (Work Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance) show that the work discipline with the maximum conditions has a strong effect the significance to the employee's performance is 28.6%.
