Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Kepuasan Kerja, Person-Organization Fit, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, serta bagaimana Kepuasan Kerja dan Person Organization Fit baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai Direktorat PGTK PAUD dan Dikmas Kemdikbud. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi berjumlah 85 pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t untuk melihat pengaruh parsial dan uji F untuk melihat pengaruh simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berada pada kategori tinggi, Person-Organization Fit berada pada kategori tinggi, OCB pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kepuasan Kerja dan Person-Organization Fit masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Kepuasan Kerja dan Person-Organization Fit bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Person-Organization Fit, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) This study aims to identify the description of Job Satisfaction , Person-Organization Fit, Organizational Citizeship Behavior (OCB), as well how the influence of Job Satisfaction and Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Direktorat PGTK PAUD Dikmas Kemdikbud. The method used in this research are descriptive and verificative method. The population are 85 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis test used are F test to see the influence of Job Satisfaction and Person- Organization Fit on OCB simultaneously, and t test to see the influence of Job Satisfaction and Person-Organization Fit on OCB partially. The results showed that Job Satisfaction is on high category, Person-Organization Fit is on high category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior is on high category. The result of t test show that partially Job Satisfaction and Person Organization Fit influences OCB in Direktorat PGTK PAUD Dikmas Kemdikbud. The result of F test shows that simultaneously Job Satisfaction and Person-Organization Fit influence OCB in Direktorat PGTK PAUD Dikmas Kemdikbud..
