Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang ini permasalahan kenakalan siswa terkait pelecehan seksual sudah banyak atau marak terjadi. Permasalahan kenakalan siswa khusususnya terkait pelecehan seksual juga menimpa dan menjangkit di lembaga pendidikan. Penyebab dari maraknya permasalahan pelecehan seksual dikarenakan saat ini banyak anak yang dalam menghadapai lingkungan baru penuh dengan masalah penyesuaian, sehingga mereka akan mudah menjadi korban dari perilaku pelecehan seksual. Apabila sudah menjadi korban pelecehan seksual maka korban ini akan melakukan hal yang sama pula sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi pada dirinya. Salah satu upaya untuk menanggulangi kondisi tersebut antara lain melalui pendidikan formal sekolah. Dimana sekolah merupakan tempat untuk memberikan pendidikan dan pembinaan bagi siswa agar dapat berperilaku yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu peran guru dalam menanggulangi masalah pelecehan sesual siswa SLB E PMSP Handayani Bambu Apus sangat berpengaruh dan memiliki dampak positif bagi siswa tunalaras. Hal ini dikarenakan guru dan kepala sekolah membuat program kerja sama dengan Dinas Sosial melalui kegiatan pelatihan, seminar, diklat, workshop. Selain itu guru dan kepala sekolah juga menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran berupa RPP dan PPI. Diharapkan sekolah selalu menjalin kerja sama dengan SLB/Panti terdekat dan perguruan tinggi yang memiliki jurusan Pendidikan Khusus. Kerja sama ini perlu dilakukan untuk membina kemampuan guru SLB E PSMP Handayani Bambu Apus khususnya dalam menanggulangi masalah pelecehan seksual. ;---In this day and age the problem of delinquency of student related to sexual harassment have many or rampant happened. The problem of delinquency of students specifically related to sexual harassment also befall and infest in educational institutions. The cause of the widespread problem of sexual harassment is because today many children are facing a new environment full of adjustment issues, so they will easily become victims of sexual harassment behavior. If the victim has been sexually abused then this victim will do the same also in accordance with what happened to him. One effort to tackle the condition is through formal school education. Where schools are places to provide education and coaching for students in order to behave better. This research uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. The results of this research is the role of teachers in tackling the problem of harassment sesual students SLB E PMSP Handayani Bambu Apus is very influential and has a positive impact for students tunalaras. This is because teachers and principals create programs of cooperation with the Department of Social through training activities, seminars, training, workshops. In addition, teachers and principals also prepare lesson plans in the form of RPP and PPI. It is expected that the school always cooperate with the nearest SLB / Panti and college that has a special education department. This cooperation needs to be done to foster the ability of SLB E PSMP Handayani Bambu Apus especially in tackling the problem of sexual harassment.
