    Abstract

    Laboratorium virtual agro industry telah dikembangkan di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan sehingga performa laboratorium virtual agroindustri belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan laboratorium virtual pada mata kuliahan alisis pangan materi analisis protein dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran laboratorium virtual tersebut. Metode penelitian yang diterapkanya itu Research and Development (R & D). Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah non tes berupa angket (validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media dan respon mahasiswa). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pengembangan media pembelajaran laboratorium virtual analisis kadar protein dikembangkan melaui tahapan identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, membuat desain produk, validasi desain, ujicoba produk skala terbatas, revisi produk ke-1, ujicoba produk skala luas, revisi produk ke-2 hingga dihasilkan produk akhir. Laboratorium virtual analisis protein yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran oleh ahli media dan ahli materi serta mahasiswa sangat setuju terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran laboratorium virtual analisis kadar protein. ..... Agro-industry virtual laboratory have been develop in Study Program of Agroindustry Technology Education, but there are still limitations so that agroindustry virtual laboratory performance has not been maximize. The aims of this research is develop a virtual laboratory in course food analysis of materials protein analysis and find out the feasibility of virtual laboratory learning media. This research applied Research and Development (R & D) method. Participants involved in this research are students of Study Program of Agroindustry Technology Education. The research instrument used is non-test instrument involve questionnaire (validation of material expert, validation of media expert and student response). Based on the research that has been done, the development of virtual laboratory learning media of protein analysis was developed through identification of potential and problem, data collection, product design, design validation, examining limited scale, 1st revision product, examining large scale, 2nd revision product until the final product is produced. Virtual laboratory protein analysis is worthy to use according to material expert and media expert as well as students very agree to the development of virtual laboratory learning media of protein analysis.
