Abstract

Penelitian ini menganailsis tingkat literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut dan mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi TIK guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi TIK guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi TIK guru yang ditnjau berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja dan latar belakang pendidikan. Adapun partisipan dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 432 responden yang tersebar di 42 kecamatan. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey berjenis longitudinal trend, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis deskriptif didapat nilai rata-rata (60,3%), ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi TIK guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut yang mengacu pada Kementrian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia berada pada tingkat dua dari enam tingkatan yang tersedia. Artinya guru telah berkali-kali menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu aktivitas sehari-hari dan memiliki pola keberulangan dalam penggunaannya, meskipun ketersediaan akses guru terhadap TIK belum sepenuhnya tersedia. Kemudian berdasarkan analisis inferensial faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat literasi TIK guru sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan bahwa fakor usia, jenis kelamin dan masa kerja secara signfikan mempengaruhi literasi TIK guru dengan nilai r hitung masing-masing (r = -0,278), (r = +0,153), dan (r = -0,151). Sedangkan faktor tingkat pendidikan dengan (r = -0,039) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat literasi TIK guru. ;---This study analyzed the literacy levels of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) of elementary school teachers and looks for factors influencing ICT literacy of elementary school teachers in Garut Region. The studi ams to determine the level of literacy of ICT teacher of elementary school and to know the factors that influence the literature of ICT teacher that is observed based on age, gender, length of work and educational background. The participants in this research as many as 432 respondents spread across 42 districts. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach with the method of longitudinal trend type survey, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on descriptive analysis, the average score (60,3%) shows that the literacy level of primary school teacher in Garut regency which refers to Ministry of Communication and Information of Republic of Indonesia is at level two from six levels available. This means teachers have repeatedly used technology to help with daily activities and have a pattern of repetition in their use, although the availability of teacher access to ICTs is not yet fully available. Then based on inferential analysis of factors that influence the level of literacy of primary school teachers in Garut showed that the age, sex and period of work significantly affect the teacher's ICT literacy with r value of each (r = -0,278), (r = +0.153), and (r = -0.151). While the level of education factor with (r = -0.039) there is no significant effect on teacher literacy level of ICT.
