Abstract

Green Canyon merupakan salah satu penyedia body rafting yang dihadapkan pada permasalahan behavioral intention. Menurunnya tingkat kunjungan di Green Canyon disebabkan oleh beberapa hal diantaranya yang paling utama berdasarkan pra penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kurangnya keinginan partisipan untuk berperilaku atau biasa disebut behavioral intention. dimana behavioral Intention merupakan suatu sikap yang ditunjukan oleh konsumen saat merasakan atau pun menikmati sesuatu seperti layanan, keindahan disuatu objek dan menghasilkan dampak yang positif bagi objek tersebut. Pihak pengelola Green Canyon selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan behavioral intention para partisipan dengan melakukan berbagai upaya melalui berbagai program ataupun event-event untuk membuat para behavioral intention di Green Canyon. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel bebas (X) yang digunakan yaitu emotional experience. Variabel terikat (Y) dalam penelitian ini yaitu behavioral intention. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripif verifikatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik sistematic random sampling, maka diperoleh sampel dengan jumlah 108 responden yang merupakan partisian body rafting di Green Canyon. Teknik analisis data dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sub variable dari emotional experience yaitu joy dan positive surprise memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention di Green Canyon, sedangkan love tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention di Green Canyon, diharapkan pihak Green Canyon terus memperhatikan serta meningkatkan kesenangan para partisipan,body rafting dan membuat sesuatu yang baru agar partisipan tidak merasa jenuh guna meningkatkan behavioral intention;---Green Canyon is one of body rafting providers that is faced with behavioral intention problems. The decline in number of visit in Green Canyon is caused by some of the most important thing, based on pre-research conducted is the lack behavioral intention. Behavioral Intention is an attitude that is shown by consumers when feeling or enjoy something like service, beauty in an object and produce a positive impact for the object. Green Canyon management always strives to increase participants' behavioral intention by making efforts through various programs or events to create behavioral intention in Green Canyon. In this research, the independent variable (X) is emotional experience, the dependent variable (Y) is behavioral intention. This type of research is descriptive verification and the method used survey with sistematic random sampling technique, then obtained a sample with a total of 108 respondents who are the participant of body rafting in Green Canyon. The data analysis technique and hypothesis testing used regresion. The results showed that sub variable of emotional experience that is joy and positive surprise had positive and significant influence toward behavioral intention in Green Canyon, while love did not have influence toward behavioral intention in Green Canyon, therefore Green Canyon should continue to pay attention and increase the joy of the participants body rafting and create something new so participants do not feel bored to improve behavioral intention.
