Abstract

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA SEMAR PRODUCTION EVENT ORGANIZER YOGYAKARTA ABSTRAK Oleh Aulia Angela 1501942 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna event organizer di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan menjadikan pengguna jasa Semar Production sebagai sampel yang berjumlah seratus orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa. Pengaruh tersebut signifikan dan tergolong dalam kategori kuat. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan diharapkan dapat melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Event Organizer THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY TO USE SERVICE SATISFACTION ON SEMAR PRODUCTION EVENT ORGANIZER YOGYAKARTA ABSTRACT By Aulia Angela 1501942 This study aimed to determine the influence of service quality to the satisfaction of event organizer users in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression by making Semar Production service users a sample of one hundred people. The results showed that the influence of the service quality to the service user satisfaction. The influence is significant and belongs to the strong category. By Improving the quality of the services by the company can increase the user satisfaction service. Therefore, companies are expected to be able to improve the service quality to increase the user satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Event Organizer
