Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth pada online travel agent terhadap minat berkunjung ke Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan menjadikan pengguna online travel agent yang mencari informasi terkait Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, Garut sebagai sampel yang berjumlah seratus orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh electronic word of mouth pada OTA terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 35.3%. Pengaruh tersebut siginifikan namun tergolong dalam kategori lemah. Peningkatan electronic word of mouth pada OTA yang dilakukan hotel dapat meningkatkan minat berkunjung tamu. Oleh karena itu, pihak hotel diharapkan dapat melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk dan jasa untuk meningkatkan minat berkunjung. Kata Kunci : Electronic Word of Mouth, Online Travel Agent, Minat Berkunjung The research attempts to learn the influence of electronic word of mouth on online travel agent towards the interest in visiting the Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, Garut. The research uses a quantitative methods with a simple linier regression test by making the users of online travel agent looking for information related to Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, Garut. The researcher uses one hundred people as a sample in this research. The results of this research indicates that there is an effect of electronic word of mouth on online travel agent towards the visiting interest which is 35.3%. The influence is significant but belongs to the weak category. The electronic word of mouth on online travel agent by hotels can increase the interest in visiting guest. Therefore, the hotels is expected to improve the quality of products and services to increase the number of visitation. Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Online Travel Agent, Visiting Interest
