Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pencapaian implementasi sistem manajamen mutu dan kepuasan kerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan kepuasan kerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu, dan kepuasan kerja guru. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif.. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala ordinal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 105 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 berada pada kategori lancar, dan gambaran kepuasan kerja guru berada pada kategori puas. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (Y). Kata Kunci: Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Kepuasan Kerja Guru. This article exposed implementation of quality management system target achievement and teacher’s job satisfaction, in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung (Vocational High School Negeri 11 Bandung). The study consists of two variables: the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2015; and teachers’ job satisfaction. The study aimed to reveal the figure of the levels of the implementation of quality management system and teachers’ job satisfaction. On the other hand, it was also intended to uncover the effect of the implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 on the teachers’ job satisfaction in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. It employed a descriptive and verification method. The data collection technique covered ordinal scale model. The data analysis technique employed simple linear regression. The respondent of the study were one hundred and five teachers of SMK Negeri 11 Bandung by 105 of respondents. Based on the analysis results, the figure of the implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 is in the smoothly category; and the teachers’ performance efectivity is in the satiesfied category. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2015 (X) affects the teachers’ job satisfaction (Y) positvely and significantly.
