Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguasaan kompetensi oleh guru produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner skala ordinal. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu guru di SMK Ma’arif, SMK Kencana, SMK Merdeka, SMK Kiansantang dan SMK Mutiara dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh guru produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 23 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran penguasaan kompetensi kearsipan guru produktif program keahlian administrasi perkantoran ditinjau dari segi pengetahuan berada pada kategori cukup dan keterampilan berada pada kategori kurang, terdapat perbedaan penguasaan kearsipan guru produktif administrasi perkantoran yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan pendidikan dan relevan dengan bidang administrasi perkantoran, pendidikan namun tidak relevan dengan bidang administrasi perkantoran dan non pendidikan. Kata Kunci : kompetensi guru, kearsipan ABSTRACK The purpose of this study was to analyze competency of archieve by productive people. This research used descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaire ordinal scale. The population in this research were SMK Ma’arif, SMK Kencana, SMK Merdeka, SMK Kiansantang and SMK Mutiara by using saturated samples which were all productive teachers in office administration skill program, so that 23 teachers. Data analisis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that the mastery of productive teacher archival competency in office administration expertise program in terms of knowledge is in sufficient category and skills are in the less category, there are differences in mastery of productive office administration office archives that have educational background and are relevant to the field of office administration, education but it is not relevant to the field of office administration and non-education.
