Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari meal experience terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di The Peak Resort Dining. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah meal experience yang terdiri dari beberapa sub dimensi yaitu food and drink, variety in menu choice, level of service, price value for money, interior design, atmosphere and mood, location and accessibility, dan food and beverage service employees serta yang menjadi variabel terikat (Y) adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap sejumlah konsumen. Kuesioner di distribusikan kepada 113 konsumen yang berkunjung ke The Peak Resort Dining. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS for Windows 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel meal experience memberi pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan di The Peak Resort Dining. Namun secara terpisah hanya ada empat sub dimensi dari variabel meal experience yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Satisfaction is the success key which is pursued by industry associates, especially in service industry. Customer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in evaluating the system of information collecting and a strategic weapon to make the industry succesful. The study is aimed at finding out how the impact of meal experience on customer satisfaction of The Peak Resort Dining. The dependent variable (X) of the study is meal experience consisting of food and drink, variety in menu choice, level of service, price value for money, interior design, atmosphere and mood, location and accessibility, & food and beverage service employees. Meanwhile, the independent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction. The study applies purposive sampling involving 113 sampels. The data is collected through questionaires which then analyzed descriptively and verificatively throught multivariate regression. The result simultaneously, meal experience gives significant impact on customer satisfaction of The Peak Resort Dining. However, partialy, there were only four sub dimensions of meal experience variables that gives significant impact on customer satisfaction.
