Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah lebih banyaknya siswa yang mendapatkan hasil belajar di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dari pada siswa yang mendapatkan hasil belajar di atas KKM pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Subang sebanyak 660 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel wilayah diperoleh sampel sebanyak 249 siswa yang mewakili Kabupaten Subang di wilayah selatan, wilayah tengah dan wilayah utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa resiliensi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi, Hasil Belajar Siswa. The background of this study was that more students got learning outcomes below the Minimum Criteria (KKM) than students who got learning outcomes above the Minimum Criteria (KKM)on Economics subject in grade XI Social of Public High Schools throughout Subang Regency area. This study aimed to determine the effect of resilience on student learning outcomes. The research methodology used in this study was explanatory survey. The population in this study were the grade XI Social students of Public High Schools throughout Subang Regency area as many as 660 students. By using area sampling technique, obtained a sample of 249 students, representing Subang Regency in the southern region, central region, and northern region. The data analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. The results showed that resilience had a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
