Abstract
Ridlwan Muttaqin (1707648) “Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kepuasan Kerja serta Implikasinya pada Kinerja Pengemudi Go-Jek di Kabupaten Garut”. Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Suwatno, M.Si dan Dr. Budi Santoso, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai reward, punishment, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja serta bagaimana pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kepuasan kerja serta implikasinya pada kinerja pengemudi Go-Jek di Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengemudi Go-Jek di Kabupaten Garut dengan jumlah sampel 370 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 25.0. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-statistik. Sedangkan R² digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward berada pada kategori sangat efektif, punishment berada pada kategori efektif, Adapun kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama reward, punishment dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi. Secara parsial reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan secara parsial reward dan punishment berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pengemudi melalui kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi Go-Jek di Kabupaten Garut. This study aims to find out an overview of reward, punishment, job satisfaction, and performance and how the influence of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of Go-Jek drivers in Garut Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive and explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique. Respondents in this study is the driver of Go-Jek in Garut with a sample of 370 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with tools SPSS 25.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistics. While R² is used to determine how the influence of the independent variables together on the dependent variable. The results showed that the reward is in the category of highly effective, effective punishment in the category, as for job satisfaction and performance at a very high category. Statistical analysis showed that simultaneously rewards, punishment and job satisfaction positive and significant impact on the performance of drivers. Partially reward and punishment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. And partially reward and punishment direct and indirect effect on the performance of drivers through job satisfaction.
