Abstract

Evaluasi pada pelaksanaan Teaching Factory diperlukan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dan sebagai masukan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan Teaching Factory. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pelaksanaan Teaching Factory ditinjau dari aspek antecedents (masukan), transaction (proses), dan output (hasil) menggunakan metode Countenance Stake. Aspek antecedents terdiri dari relevansi visi dan misi sekolah dengan landasan Teaching Factory, manajemen, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia, dan penunjang pembelajaran. Aspek transaction terdiri dari pembelajaran berdasarkan sintak TF-6M, kewirausahaan, tata kelola penggunaan alat, pengawasan mutu, penjadwalan, pemberian motivasi. Aspek Output terdiri dari kualitas produk, dampak Teaching Factory terhadap institusi , dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP) SMKN 1 Pacet. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner , wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kuisioner diberikan penanggung jawab Teaching Factory/guru produktif, siswa, dan konsumen. Analisis data secara kuantitatif diinterpretasikan pada matriks evaluasi Countenance Stake dan data kualitatif diintrepetasikan pada pengelompokkan kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Teaching Factory ditinjau dari aspek antecedents,transaction dan output sub aspek pelaksanaan Teaching Factory sudah sesuai dengan standar evaluasi Teaching Factory, dan tidak sesuai dalam sub aspek marketing promosi serta layout lab. ;---Evaluation of the teaching factory implementation is recommended to know the success rate and as input for develop and improve the quality of the teaching factory implementation. This research aims to know the effectiveness of the teaching factory implementation viewed from antecedents, transaction, dan outcomes using Countenance Stake evaluation model. Antecedents aspect consist of relevance of vision and mission of school with the legal aspect of teaching factory, management, infrastructure, human resources, and supporting learning. Transaction aspect consist of aspect consist of learning based on teaching factory syntax, entrepreneurship, maintenance, repair, and calibration (MRC), quality control, scheduling, and giving motivation. Product aspect consist of quality, affect to the institution, and student competency. This research was conducted on Agribusiness SMKN 1 Pacet. Research instrument used was a questionnaire,documentation and interview. The questionnaire responders were person in charge of teaching factory or productive teacher, students, and consumers. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and interpreted into Countenance Stake matriks , qualitative analys technique used a group of categories. The research show that implementation of teaching factory viewed aspect antecedents, transaction, and outcomes have appropriate with the standard of teaching factory evaluation but the sub aspect marketing promotion and the availability of layout lab have not appropriate with the standard.
