Abstract

PAUD sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki iklim organisasi sekolah yang baik. Mengingat iklim organisasi yang tidak kondusif akan mengakibatkan suasana kerja yang tidak nyaman dan mengakibatkan motivasi kerja guru yang rendah. Berkaitan dengan fenomena tersebut, hal yang menjadi masalah penting untuk diperhatikan yaitu iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja Lembaga PAUD khususnya di kecamatan Beji kota Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil Iklim organisasi Lembaga PAUD dan Motivasi Kerja Guru PAUD serta hubungannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu metode deskriptif-korelasional dengan instrument angket/kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 177 orang yang terdiri dari guru TK, PAUD dan TK-Q. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profil Iklim organisasi masing-masing lembaga antara lain : a). TK 56,18% kriteria Baik, 43,82% kriteria Cukup., b). PAUD 62,15% kriteria Baik, 35,15% kriteria Cukup dan 2,70% kriteria Kurang. c). TK-Q 57,14% kriteria Baik, 28,57% kriteria Cukup sedangkan 14,29% dalam kriteria Kurang. sementara itu, profil motivasi kerja guru menunjukan : a). TK 92,13% kriteria Baik, sementara 7,87% dalam kriteria Cukup. b). PAUD 87,84% kriteria Baik, 9,46% kriteria Cukup, dan 2,70% dalam kriteria Kurang. c). TK-Q 71,42% kriteria Baik, 14,29% kriteria Cukup dan 14,29% dalam kriteria Kurang. Untuk korelasi iklim organisasi Lembaga PAUD dengan Motivasi Kerja Guru, hasilnya menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keduanya dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.631. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka motivasi kerja guru akan semakin meningkat dan sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hubungan tersebut maka didapat koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,81% yang artinya masih banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya motivasi kerja guru PAUD.---- Preschool as an educational institution must have a good school organization climate. Given the unfavorable organizational climate will lead to an uncomfortable working atmosphere and low teacher work motivation. This condition can affect the low motivation of teacher’s work which indicated from teacher’s attitude to their work. Related to the phenomenon, the important issues are organizational climate and work motivation, especially preschool institute in Beji sub-district, Depok city. This study aims to find out how the Climate profile of preschool organization, preschool Teacher’s Working Motivation and the relationship between both This research uses quantitative approach that is descriptive-correlational method with questionnaire instrument. This study used a sample of 177 people consisting of kindergarten teachers, preschool and kindergarten qur’an. From the research results showed that the Climate profile of organizations of each institution, among others: a). TK 56.18% Good criterion, 43.82% Criteria Enough, b). PAUD 62.15% Good criteria, 35.15% Enough criteria and 2.70% Less criteria. c). TK-Q 57.14% Good criterion, 28.57% Enough criteria while 14.29% in Less criteria. Meanwhile, the teacher's work motivation profile shows: a). kindergarten 92.13% Good criterion, while 7.87% in Enough criteria. b). preschool 87,84% Good criterion, 9,46% Enough criteria, and 2,70% in Less criteria. c). kindergarten qur’an 71.42% Good criteria, 14.29% Fair criteria and 14.29% in Less criteria. Climate correlation relationship of preschool organization with Teacher Work motivation, shows there is a significant relationship between the two, the significant is 0,631. This indicates that the higher the organizational climate, the teacher work motivation will increase, otherwise if the organization climate preschool institute is low, the work motivation will also decrease. Based on the relationship then obtained coefficient of determination equal to 39.81% which means there are many other factors that affect the high-low work motivation of early childhood teachers.
