Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian proses dan hasil belajar merupakan salah satu tahapan penting yang harus dilaksanakan oleh Guru PAI dalam rangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Guru sebagai implementator pembelajaran di sekolah harus bisa menilai proses dan hasil pembelajaran yang mencakup 3 aspek, salah satunya yaitu aspek afektif. Dalam penilaian PAI, aspek afektif masih menjadi permasalahan. Pada kenyataannya, terdapat banyak kendala dalam penerapannya, di antaranya: faktor keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki guru, keputusan penilaian yang masih belum objektif secara maksimal, dan format penilaian sikap yang masih rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosedur penilaian domain afektif oleh guru PAI di sekolah. Secara lebih spesifik penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penyusunan instrumen penilaian domain afektif oleh guru PAI di sekolah (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaian domain afektif oleh guru PAI di sekolah (3) mendeskripsikan hasil dari penilaian domain afektif oleh guru PAI di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Peneliti menjadi instrumen kunci dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik-teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa tahap penyusunan instrumen penilaian sikap di sekolah sudah sesuai dengan pedoman yang ditetapkan, namun terkait perancangan kisi-kisi dan penganalisaan kualitas instrumen belum optimal terlaksanakan. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan penilaian sikap, secara umum teraplikasikan sudah sesuai panduan, meskipun masih terdapat kendala yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. Terakhir tahap hasil dari proses penilaian sikap, sudah terlaksana sesuai pedoman, namun dalam hal pengendalian waktu dan keputusan penilaian yang objektif perlu dioptimalkan lebih baik lagi. ABSTRACT Assessment of learning processes and outcomes is one of the important stages that must be carried out by Islamic education teachers in a series of teaching and learning activities to meet educational goals. Teachers as the people who implement teaching and learning in schools must be able to assess learning processes and outcomes covering three aspects, one of which is the affective aspect. In Islamic education, the assessment of affective domain is still problematic. In reality, there are many obstacles, including: teachers’ time constraints, assessment decisions that are still not optimally objective, and the complicated rubric of attitude assessment. This study aims to describe the procedure for assessing the affective domain by Islamic education teachers in schools. More specifically, it aims to describe: (1) the preparation of instruments for assessing the affective domain by Islamic teachers in schools; (2) the implementation of an affective domain assessment by Islamic education teachers in schools; and (3) the results of the assessment of the affective domain by Islamic education teachers in schools. This study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The researcher became a key instrument in the study. Data were collected through observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation techniques. Research data analysis was carried out in the forms of data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the findings of the study, the formulation of the attitude assessment instruments in the two schools is in accordance with the established guidelines, but the design of the rubrics and analysis of the quality of instruments have not been optimal. Next, the implementation of the attitude assessment is generally in adherence to the guidelines, although there are still unanticipated obstacles. Finally, the results of the attitude assessment are in accordance with the guidelines, but there is room for improvement for time control and objectivity of the assessment decisions.
