Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media pembelajaran Trainer beban listrik resistif sebagai alat uji generator dan menguji tingkat kelayakannya. Media pembelajaran ini digunakan pada mata kuliah Praktikum Teknik Tenaga Elektrik pembelajaran pengujian generator di Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro FPTK UPI Konsentrasi Listrik Tenaga. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Research And Development. Objek penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran pengujian generator yang dibuat dalam bentuk trainer beban resistif. Tahap pembuatan produk meliputi (1) Studi Pendahuluan, (2) Desain, (3) Validasi oleh ahli materi dan media, (4) Pengujian, (5) Revisi, dan (6) Uji coba pengguna. Tahapan pembuatan dilakukan dengan melibatkan tenaga ahli. Sedangkan pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran dilakukan dengan melibatkan tenaga ahli materi, ahli media dan uji coba pengguna oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terealisasinya Trainer beban resistif untuk pengujian generator. Kinerja trainer menunjukan bahwa kelayakan media pembelajaran trainer beban resistif ini masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil ini diperoleh berdasarkan validasi isi oleh ahli materi, validasi konstruk oleh ahli media pembelajaran dan uji pengguna oleh mahasiswa di Departemen Teknik Elektro FPTK UPI Konsentrasi Listrik Tenaga. Kata Kunci : Trainer beban resistif, Generator, Media Pembelajaran. This study aims to make resistive electric load trainer learning media as generator test equipment and test the level of feasibility. This learning media is used in the Electrical Engineering Practicum subject of generator testing learning in the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, FPTK UPI, Electric Power Concentration. The method used in this research is Quantitative with Research And Development approach. The object of this research is generator testing learning media made in the form of resistive load trainers. The product manufacturing phase includes (1) Preliminary Study, (2) Design, (3) Validation by material and media experts, (4) Testing, (5) Revision, and (6) User testing. The stages of making are done by involving experts. While testing the feasibility of learning media is done by involving material experts, media experts and user trials by students. The results of this study are the realization of resistive load trainers for generator testing. The trainer's performance shows that the feasibility of the resistive load trainer learning media falls into the very decent category. These results are obtained based on content validation by material experts, construct validation by instructional media experts and user tests by students in the Department of Electrical Engineering FPTK UPI Electric Power Concentration.
