Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tahap implementasi alat penilaian yang sudah dibuat oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Alat penilaian praktik cleaning bathroom tersebut sudah melalui proses expert judgement dan dikategorikan sangat layak serta sudah secara rinci memuat tahapan dalam cleaning bathroom yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap proses, tahap hasil akhir berbasis Standar Oprasional Prosedur (SOP) hotel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengimplementasikan alat penilaian dan mengetahui capaian hasil praktik cleaning bathroom pada peserta didik Akomodasi Perhotelan di SMKN 15 Bandung. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik Akomodasi Perhotelan dengan jumlah sampel 27 peserta didik kelas 11 Akomodasi Perhotelan 2 sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel total. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi alat penilaian praktik cleaning bathroom meliputi tahap persiapan yang sebagian besar peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan alat penilaian dan mencapai kriteria yang sangat tinggi, pada tahap proses lebih dari setengahnya peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan alat penilaian dan mencapai kriteria yang tinggi, dan pada tahap hasil akhir sebagian besar peserta didik sudah sesuai dengan alat penilaian dan mencapai kriteria yang sangat tinggi hanya sebagian kecil peserta didik yang belum sesuai dengan alat penilaian serta pada capaian kinerja menunjukkan bahwa 23 peserta didik mencapai skor lebih dari 75 dan sudah dinyatakan kompeten karena sesuai dengan nilai KKM di SMK Negeri 15 Bandung. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu melakukan penelitian peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik menggunakan alat penilaian praktik cleaning bathroom berbasis SOP hotel., bagi guru Akomodasi Perhotelan dan Kepala sekolah perlu adanya pelatihan penyusunan instrumen alat penilaian praktik untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penyusunan alat penilaian praktik This research is the stage of implementation of assessment tools that have been made by previous researchers. The assessment tool for cleaning bathroom practices has gone through an expert judgment process and is categorized as very feasible and has detailed the stages in the bathroom cleaning, namely the preparation stage, the stage of the final results based on hotel Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The method used in this research is descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to implement an assessment tool and find out the results of the results of bathroom cleaning practices in Hospitality Accommodation students at SMKN 15 Bandung. The population of this study were Hospitality Accommodation students with a sample of 27 Hospitality Accommodation 2 11th grade students so that the sample used was a total sample. The research findings show that the implementation of a bathroom cleaning practice assessment tool includes the preparation stage that most students are in accordance with the assessment tool and reach very high criteria, at the process stage more than half of the students are in accordance with the assessment tool and achieve high criteria, and in the final stage, most students are in accordance with the assessment tool and reach very high criteria, only a small percentage of students who are not yet in accordance with the assessment tool and the performance achievement shows that 23 students score more than 75 and have been declared competent because they are appropriate with the KKM value at SMK Negeri 15 Bandung. Recommendations that can be conveyed to the next researcher are conducting research on increasing the competency of students using a SOP-based cleaning bathroom practice assessment tool.
