Abstract

Nowadays, every daily activities support by technology, one of them is transportation mode that has shift to online transportation. There are several online transportation companies who operating in Indonesia which creaate a competition. Therefore, a company must doing some efforts to create intention to use, one of the most effective solution is online customer reviews. This study aims to obtain (1) an overview of online customer reviews, (2) an overview of intention to use, and (3) the influence of online customer reviews on intention to use. The type of this research are descriptive and verificative. The method used is explanatory survey with sample size is 135 respondents. Data analysis technique using simple regression analysis with program SPSS for Windows help. The findings in this research indices that online customer reviews and intention to use level are in good category. Online customer reviews has a positive and significant affect on intention to use. ----- Saat ini berbagai kegiatan sehari-hari telah ditunjang melalui teknologi, salah satunya yaitu moda transportasi yang sudah beralih menjadi transportasi online. Ada beberapa perusahaan penyedia jasa transportasi online yang beroperasi di Indonesia yang menyebabkan adanya persaingan pada industri ini. Perusahaan perlu mengupayakan terciptanya minat menggunakan salah satunya melalui online customer reviews. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran online customer reviews, (2) gambaran minat menggunakan, (3) pengaruh online customer reviews terhadap minat menggunakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 135 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan alat bantu program SPSS for Windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran online customer reviews dan minat menggunakan berada pada kategori baik. Online customer reviews memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan.
