Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berawal dari suatu permasalahan pada siswa kelas V disalah satu SD di kabupaten bandung yaitu rendahnya kebugaran jasmani dan keterampilan bermain dalam pembelajaran net games. Untuk menghasilkan keterampilan bermain yang baik didukung oleh kebugaran jasmani yang baik pula, karena keduanya sangat penting dan harus dimiliki oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di sekolah maka peneliti membuat suatu program pembelajaran yang bertujuan dengan tujuan mengatasi permasalahan pada siswa kelas V disalah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Bandung dengan cara mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani dan keterampilan bermain melalui pembelajaran net games berbasis masalah gerak lalu dilihat peningkatannya. Selain itu membandingkan mana yang lebih meningkat antara pembelajaran konvensional dengan pembelajaran net games berbasis masalah gerak terhadap keterampilan bermain artinya dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani menggunakan model problem based learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penlitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22.00 for Windows. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran net games berbasis masalah gerak terhadap kebugaran jasmani secara signifikan, terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran net games berbasis masalah gerak terhadap keterampilan bermain secara signifikan, terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran konvensional terhadap kebugaran jasmani tetapi tidak signifikan, terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran konvensional terhadap keterampilan bermain secara signifikan dan pembelajaran net games berbasis masalah gerak lebih baik secara signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. To generate the playing skills are well supported by physical fitness is good too, because both are very important and should be owned by the students in teaching physical education in schools, the researchers create a learning program that aims in order to overcome problems in the fifth grade students at one school in Bandung by affecting the physical fitness and playing skills through problem-based learning games motion net and seen improvement. In addition to compare which is further improved between conventional learning with problem-based learning games net motion against playing skills in teaching physical education means using the model of problem-based learning. The method used is experimental research design that pre-test post-test control group design. The population in this penlitian are students of class V. The sample in this study were 56 students. This research was conducted as many as 12 times. Analysis of the data is made by 22:00 SPSS for Windows version. The results of this research that there is an influence of problem-based learning games net movement toward physical fitness significantly, there is the effect of learning net-based games to the problem of motion against playing skills significantly, there is the effect of conventional learning about physical fitness but not significantly, there is the effect of conventional learning toward playing skills significantly and learning net-based games to the problem of motion significantly better in influencing the physical fitness compared with conventional learning.
