Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja pegawai. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinera pegawai. Keadaan tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan sebagai pengelola sistem serta merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Bandung. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Bandung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei. sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh unit analisis (populasi) sebesar 61 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. ----- The backround in this study lied on the minimum performance of employee. The minimum performance was indicated by the decreasing value of employee performance. This condition was highly necessary to be improved because employees had significant role as system organizer and were one of indications for the success of organization in reaching its goals. This research aims to discover the influence of working environment and working discipline on employee performance in Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Bandung. The object of analysis in this research was employee of Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Bandung. This research was designed by using descriptive and verificative design. Research method employed in the study was explanatory. Sample research was the whole unit of analysis (population) of 61 individuals. The data from the research was then analyzed by using doubled linear regression. Based on the research results can be known that working environment and working discipline simultaneously and partial positive effect towards employee performace.
