Abstract

Bola tangan adalah cabang olahraga permainan yang terkenal di dunia, dan baru berkembang di Indonesia. Tujuan permainan bola tangan yaitu memasukan bola ke gawang lawan sebanyak-banyaknya. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hasil perbedaan speed antara pemain posisi centre back dan wing secara signifikan dan terdapat hasil perbedaan agility antara pemain posisi centre back dan wing secara signifikan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu Deskriptif komparatif, penelitian yang membandingkan keberadaan satu variabel atau lebih pada dua atau lebih sampel yang berbeda, atau pada waktu yang berbeda dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini berupa tes 20 meter dengan menggunakan alat stopwatch sebagai mengukur kecepatan lari, dan tes zig-zag run menggunakan alat stopwatch sebagai alat mengukur kelincahan. Hasil pengolahan data dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan speed antara posisi centre back dan wing . dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan agility antara posisi centre back dan wing. pada atlet UKM Bola Tangan UPI Bandung yang akan bermain pada PORDA 2018.----Handball is one of the popular sports in the world and newly branch out in indonesia. Objective from handball games to enter the ball into the opponent’s goalpost as much as possible. Hypothesis at this research, occur a different speed result from player at centre back position and wing position significantly and be found a different agility from player at centre back and wing position significantly. The method of this research is comparative, comparing existence of one or more variables in two or more diferrent samples or in different time and with statistic base analysis. The research is a running 20 meters distance with stopwatch as a running speed gauge and zig-zag run test with stopwatch as a agility gauge. Result from data processing and data analysis it can be concluded that there is no significant difference of result on speed capability among centre back and wing position and have a significantly difference to agility capability among centre back and wing position on athletes UKM Hanball UPI Bandung who will play in PORDA 2018.
