    Abstract

    Desa Liang Ndara adalah desa wisata yang memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata namun belum dapat di manfaatkan dengan baik. Ciri khas desa wisatanya tidak tampak sehingga pengembangan desa wisata terkesan seadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi daya tarik wisata, menganalisis kesesuaian desa wisata dan menyusun konsep pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode survei pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei lapangan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan wawancara intensif terhadap exspert yang manjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. penarikan konsep pengembangan desa wisata dilakukan dengan menggabungkan/triangulasi data identifikasi potensi daya tarik wisata dan analisis kesesuaian desa wisata sehingga memunculkan konsep pengembangan Desa Liang Ndara sebagai desa wisata. Penarikan kesimpulan dari temuan menyatakan bahwa Desa Liang Ndara sesuai sebagai desa wisata yang memiliki lima potensi daya tarik budaya berupa tarian tradisional dan sepuluh daya tarik wisata alam yang berpotensi dalam konsep pengembangan. Hasil konsep pengembangan tersebut terbagi menjadi empat, diantaranya adalah konsep pengelolaan daya tarik wisata, konsep kelembagaan, konsep amenitas/infrastruktur dan konsep sumber daya manusia & tata kehidupan masyarakat.----
    Liang Ndara village is a tourist village that has the potential of tourist attraction but can not be utilized properly. The typical tourist village is not visible so that the development of tourist villages seem improbable. This study aims to identify potential tourist attractions, analyze the suitability of tourist villages and develop village tourism development concepts. The method used in this research is survey method qualitative approach with data analysis using interactive model Miles and Huberman. Data collection was conducted through field survey, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and intensive interview to the expert who became informant in this research. The conclusion of the concept of tourism village development is combined by combining / triangulating data on the identification of the potential of tourist attraction and the analysis of the suitability of the tourist village so as to bring the concept of Liang Ndara Village development as a tourist village. The findings state that Liang Ndara Village is suitable as a tourist village with five potential cultural attractions in the form of traditional dance and ten potential natural tourism attraction in the development concept. The results of the development concept is divided into four, among them are the concept of tourism attraction management, institutional concept, the concept of amenitas / infrastructure and the concept of human resources & community life.
