Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 3.731 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 361 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) Self-efficacy berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang; (ii) Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Garut; (iii) Self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Garut; (iv) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Garut---- This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and study motivation towards students learning outcomes. The reseach back ground of decreasing learning outcomes result social class at Senior High School in Kabupaten Garut. Method in this research is used explanatory survey by quitioner as the tool to collect the data. Population in this research is 3.731 stdent and sample 361 student by using stratified random sampling technique. Analysis technique data used is path analysis. Result of the reseach showing: (i) self-efficacy in the very high cathegory, study motivation is in the very high cathegory, student learning outcomes is in middle cathegory, (ii) self-efficacy has a positive effect to study motivation at the eleventh grade social class at Senior High School in Kabupaten Garut, (iii) self-efficacy has a positive effect to student learning outcomes at the eleventh grade social class at Senior High School in Kabupaten Garut. (iv) Study motivation has a positive effect to student learning outcomes at the eleventh grade social class at Senior High School in Kabupaten Garut.
