Abstract

Sharing knowledge adalah salah satu metode yang biasa diimplementasikan dalam dunia usaha untuk melakukan proses promosi maupun research and develovement suatu produk, sehingga konsumen mengetahui tentang produk yang akan dipasarkannya.. Dalam Disertasi ini peneliti mengkaji untuk menggunakan sharing knowledge dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi untuk pelaksanaan bimbingan prakerin di SMK. Metode yang dipakai yaitu Design Science Research Methode (DSRM) yang memberikan cara penelitian yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan proses bimbingan prakerin, mengidentifikasi solusi dari setiap permasalahan yang ada, membuat perencanaan dan pengembangan sistem, demonstrasi pada user untuk memperoleh masukan dalam perbaikan, melakukan evaluasi sistem kepada expert dan juga pengguna, diakhiri dengan membuka komunikasi antara pengembang dengan pengguna sebagai upaya jika ada kekurangan dari sistem sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu produk yang teruji. Dari Hasil kajian model ini menggunakan interface web, dilengkapi alat evaluasi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan dalam melakukan sharing knowledge. Model ini dirancang dengan memberikan fasilitas workflow, administrator, upload/download dokumen, informasi, evaluasi dan search engine, dengan tindakan yang bisa berjalan berupa membuat dan merevieuw dokumen, membuat, melihat dan mengomentari diskusi, upload dan download dokumen, search dokumen dan administrasi pengguna. Sedangkan database berupa sumber pengetahuan yang disimpan dalam format text, gambar, audio, video dan film. Materi sharing knowledge yang di masukan dalam sistem ini dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu 1) statis, hanya berupa informasi sebagai sumber pengetahuan bagi pengguna , dan 2) Dinamis, memberikan fasilitas interaktif sesama pengguna sehingga proses sharing knowledge berjalan aktif. Dalam pengujian yang sudah dilakukan dengan cara black box, sistem ini bisa berjalan dan diterima oleh pengguna sebagai salah satu pemecahan masalah untuk melakukan bimbingan pada pelaksanaan prakerin siswa SMK.;---Sharing knowledge is one of the methods implemented in the business world to conduct the process of promotion and research and devolvement of a product, so that consumers know about the products to be marketed. In this dissertation, researchers review to use knowledge sharing by integrating the use of Information and Communication Technology for implementation of internship guidance in SMK. The method used is the Design Science Research Method (DSRM) which provides a way of research that begins with the identification of problems related to the internship guidance process, identifies the solution of any existing problems, makes system planning and development, demonstration to the user to obtain inputs in the improvement, to evaluate the system to the expert and also the user, ending by opening the communication between the developer and the user in an effort if there is a shortage of the system so as to produce a tested product. From the results of the research, this model using the web interface, equipped with evaluation tools as a tool to improve the habit of sharing knowledge. This model is designed to provide workflow, administrators, upload / download documents, information, evaluation and search engines, with actions that can run in the form of creating and revising documents, creating, viewing and commenting on discussion, uploading and downloading documents, document search and user administration . While the database is a source of knowledge stored in text, image, audio, video and movie formats. Knowledge sharing materials that are input in this system are divided into two groups: 1) static, just information as a source of knowledge for users, and 2) Dynamic, providing interactive facilities among users so that the knowledge sharing process is active. In testing that has been done by black box, this system can run and accepted by the user as one of the problem solving to do guidance on the internship implementation.
