Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung, khususnya di Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu, perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) sebagai Variabel X dan kinerja pegawai sebagai Variabel Y. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) dan kinerja pegawai, selain itu adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 27 responden yaitu para pegawai Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Berdasarakan hasil analisis didapatkan gambaran perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) berada pada kategori sedang dan kinerja pegawai pada kategori cukup baik. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.---- This research was conducted in Sub Division of General and Personnel of Bandung Education Department. The problem studied in this research is not yet optimal performance of employee of Education Department of Bandung City, especially in Sub Division of General and Personnel. This research consist of two variable that is, organizational citizenship behavior as X variable and employee performance as Y variable. The purpose of this research is to know the description of organizational citizenship behavior level and employee performance, to find out how much influence the behavior of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of employees in the Sub Division of General and Personnel Department of Education Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using simple regression. The size of the population as much as 27 respondents are the employees of Sub Division General and Personnel Department of Education Bandung. Based on the analysis results obtained picture of organizational citizenship behavior is in the category good enough and employee performance on the category quite well. Hypothesis test results obtained organizational citizenship behavior influence on employee performance.
