Abstract
Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan mengucapkan hurf ‘m’ di awal, tengah dan akhir kata melalui metode motokinestetik. Peneliti menemukan kasus di lapangan yaitu seorang peserta didik tunarungu kelas IV yang mengalami kesulitan mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ di awal, tengah dan akhir kata. Pengucapan huruf ‘m’ yang tidak benar berdampak terhadap pesan yang disampaikan peserta didik saat berkomunikasi. Salah satu metode yang dapat membantu peserta didik tunarungu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ di awal, tengah dan akhir kata adalah metode motokinestetik, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan dan mengaktifkan indera-indera seperti ; mulut, rahang dan leher yang dimiliki peserta didik dalam berkomunikasi, yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan seorang guru pada saat proses belajar mengajar sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ di awal ,tengah dan akhir kata pada anak tunarungu melalui metode motokinestetik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A yang mana pada baseline 1 (A-1) dilakukan sebanyak 4 sesi, pada intetervensi (B) sebanyak 8 sesi dan baseline 2 ( A-2) sebanyak 4 sesi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 1 orang peserta didik. Analisis data penelitian data mengunkan analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada baseline 1 (A-1) nilai rata-rata subjek stabil dengan hasil mean level 33,33%, pada saat diberikan intervensi (B) dengan hasil mean level 63,33%. Setelah diberikan intervensi pada baseline 2 (A-2) mengalami peningkatan dengan hasil mean level 68,6%. Metode motokinestetik dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam memilih metode yang sesuai untuk memperbaiki hambatan dalam mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ atau huruf yang lainnya, bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dapat lebih mengembangkan metode motokinestetik dalam mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ diawal, tengah dan akhir kata. Dengan demikian penggunaan metode motokinestetik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengucapkan huruf ‘m’ di awal, tengah dan akhir kata pada peserta didik kelas IV di SLBN A Citereup. ;---The problem that is discussed in this research is the ability to pronounce hurf'm ' at the beginning, middle and end of a Word through the motokinestetic method. Researchers found the case on the ground that is a class IV deaf learners who had trouble pronouncing the letter'm ' in the beginning, middle and end of a Word. The pronunciation of the letter'm ' are not properly affect the message conveyed the learners when communicating. One method that can help deaf learners to improve the ability to pronounce the letter'm ' in the beginning, middle and end of a Word is the method motokinestetic, that is the approach that uses and activates the senses such as; mouth, jaw and neck owned learners in communicating, aiming to make it easier for a teacher at the time of the process of teaching and learning is in progress. This research aims to find out whether there is an increased ability to pronounce the letter'm ' in the beginning, middle and end of the word in deaf learners through the motokinestetik method. Research methods used in this research is a method of Single Subject Research (SSR) with the design of the A-B-A which is at the baseline 1 (a-1) performed as many as 4 sessions, at intetervensi (B) as much as 8 sessions and baseline 2 (A-2) as many as 4 sessions. The subject of the study amounted to 1 person learners. Data analysis mengunkan data analysis in research conditions and analysis between condition with descriptive statistics. Research results on the baseline 1 (a-1) the average value of the subject is stable with the results the mean level of 33.33%, at the time given the intervention (B) with the results mean level 63.33%, After being given the intervention at baseline 2 (A-2) has increased with the results mean level 68.6%. The method motokinestetik can be used as an alternative in choosing the appropriate method to remedy the obstacles in pronouncing the letter'm ' or any other letter, for the next researcher can better develop methods in motokinestetik pronounce the letter'm ' beginning, middle and end of a Word. Thus the use of the motokinestetik method can improve the ability to pronounce the letter'm ' in the beginning, middle and end of a word on the students of class IV in SLBN A Citereup.
