Abstract

Kecamatan Parongpong adalah Kecamatan yang dekat dengan 2 kota besar yaitu Kota Bandung dan Kota Cimahi hal ini berpengaruh dengan penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Parongpong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil ekstraksi penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Parongpong, cara membatasi wilayah kajian pada citra landsat tahun 2017, dan tingkat akurasi metode OBIA. Metode OBIA adalah paradigma baru dalam klasifikasi citra dan merupakan satu sub-kajian dengan GIS science yang fokus pada pengembangan metode analisis citra penginderaan jauh berbasis obyek sehingga menjadi beberapa obyek yang memiliki makna tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) penggunaan lahan di Kecamatan Parongpong terdapat 4 macam yaitu, Lahan Kosong, Pemukiman atau Lahan Terbangun, Hutan, dan Perkebunan. 2) membatasi wilayah kajian dicitra dengan menggunakan polygon yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dengan teknik cropping pada citra memanfaatkan polygon daerah kajian yang sudah ada. 3) Uji akurasi dilakukan dengan menyebar 20 titik sempel secara acak di Kecamatan Parongpong untuk mengetahui tingkan keakurasian metode OBIA. 100% tingkat keakurasian metode OBIA.;---Parongpong Subdistrict is a town close to 2 major cities namely Bandung, Cimahi and this effect with the use of land in district of Parongpong. This research aims to know the steps analysis of landsat imagery in district of Parongpong, ways of limiting the area of study landsat imagery in the year 2017, and the level of accuracy of the method OBIA. The new paradigm is the OBIA method in the classification of the image and is one of the sub-study with GIS science that focuses on the development of remote sensing image analysis method-based object so that the object has to be some specific meanings. 1) land use in district Parongpong there are 4 kinds that is, Empty Land, Settlement or Land Built, Forest, and Plantation. 2) limiting the area of study of dicitra by using the previously existing polygon, image cropping techniques on utilizing study area polygon already exists. 2) Accuracy test is done by spreading 20 sample points randomly in the district Parongpong to find out the accuracy of OBIA method. 100% accuracy rate of OBIA method.
