Abstract

Kompetensi merupakan kewenangan memutuskan atau bertindak, kemampuan untuk melaksanakan dan melakukan suatu pekerjaan atau tugas yang dilandasi atas keterampilan dan pengetahuan serta sikap kerja yang dituntut oleh pekerjaan tersebut. Gender perempuan itu memiliki sifat lemah lembut, cantik, emosional atau keibuan, sedangkan laki-laki dikenal kuat, rasional jantan dan perkasa. Sifat-sifat antara laki-laki dan perempuan tersebut sebenarnya bisa saling dipertukarkan. kepemimpinan seorang perempuan seringkali dilihat dari kacamata maskulin, perempuan dapat diterima sebagai seorang pemimpin apabila mampu mengembangkan karakteristik maskulin. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi peserta didik perempuan di SMKN 6 Bandung. Kompetensi tersebut mata pelajaran pemeliharaan mesin kendaraan ringan sub kompetensi engine tune up. Peserta didik perempuan dilihat dari sifat androgynous (peranan gender) maskulin atau feminim. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Peserta didik perempuan kelas XII TKR di SMKN 6 Bandung berjumlah empat responden. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari temuan gambaran peserta didik perempuan di SMKN 6 Bandung yaitu: a. Peserta didik perempuan (M) bersifat androgynous feminim dan uji kompetensi tune up engine conventional cukup baik, b. Peserta didik perempuan (N) bersifat androgynous maskulin dan uji kompetensi tune up engine conventional baik, c. Peserta didik perempuan (I) bersifat androgynous feminim dan uji kompetensi tune up engine conventional cukup baik, d. Peserta didik perempuan (Y) bersifat androgynous feminim dan uji kompetensi tune up engine conventional cukup baik, ----Competence is the authority to decide or act, ability to execute and perform a job or task that is based on skills, knowledge and work attitude required by the job. The female gender has a gentle, beautiful, emotional or motherhood, while men are known for strong, rational manly and powerful. The properties between men and women are actually interchangeable. the leadership of a woman is often seen through the eyegleses masculine, women can be accepted as a leader if it is able to develop masculine characteristics. This study was to describe the competence of female learners in SMKN 6 Bandung. The competence of subjects light vehicle engine maintenance sub competence engine tune up. Female learners views of characteristics androgynous (gender roles) masculine or feminine. A qualitative approach to the method description. Female learners in class XII SMK TKR 6 Bandung consists of four respondents. Data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the findings picture female learners in SMKN 6 Bandung, namely: a. Female learners (M) is androgynous feminine and competency testing conventional engine tune up pretty good, b. Female learners (N) is androgynous and masculine competency test conventional engine tune up well, c. Female learners (I) is androgynous feminine and competency testing conventional engine tune up pretty good, d. Female learners (Y) is androgynous feminine and competency testing conventional engine tune up pretty good,
