    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya kesenjangan yang terjadi pada kolaborasi antara pustakawan dengan guru di SMPN 15 Bandung. penelitian ini difokuskan pada kolaborasi cooperation model antara tenaga pengelola perpustakaan dengan guru mata pelajaran di SMPN 15 Bandung dilihat dari aspek tujuan dalam bekerjasama, partisipasi, minat untuk mengembangkan prestasi peserta didik, komitmen atau kepercayaan, dan hubungan kolegial. Sehingga guru dan pustakawan dapat berintegrasi untuk saling melengkapi dalam menyediakan pembelajaran yang efektif bagi peserta didik. Partisipan pada penelitian terdiri dari 1 ahli (key informant), 1 tenaga pengelola perpustakaan, 5 guru mata pelajaran, serta 10 peserta didik di SMPN 15 Bandung yang ditntukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan juga angket. Angket disebar kepada peserta didik yang mengikuti komunitas perpustakaan di SMPN 15 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya kolaborasi antara tenaga pengelola perpustakaan dengan guru mata pelajaran. Meski demikian pelaksanaan kolaborasi tersebut belum maksimal dilaksanakan antara tenaga pengelola perpustakaan dengan guru mata pelajaran dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasinya. Tenaga pengelola perpustakaan, kepala sekolah, dan guru diharapkan dapat berkolaborasi dimulai dari tujuan yang jelas yang akan dicapai dalam kegiatan kolaborasi hingga evaluasi.----This research is motivated by the gap that occurred in the collaboration between librarians with teachers at SMPN 15 Bandung. This research focuses on collaborative model collaboration between the library management staff and the subject teachers in SMPN 15 Bandung seen from the aspect of goals in cooperation, participation, interest to develop the achievement of learners, commitment or trust, and collegial relations. So that teachers and librarians can integrate to complement each other in providing effective learning for learners. Participants in the reseach consisted of 1 expert (key informant), 1 library manager, 5 subject teachers, and 10 students in SMPN 15 Bandung which was determined through purposive sampling technique. This research uses evaluation research method with qualitative approach. Technique of data collecting by interview, observation, documentation study, and also questionnaire. Questionnaire distributed to students who follow the library community at SMPN 15 Bandung. The results showed that the collaboration between library managers with subject teachers. However, the implementation of the collaboration has not been maximally implemented between the library management staff and the subject teachers in the planning, implementation, and evaluation. The library managers, principals, and teachers are expected to collaborate starting from clear objectives to be achieved in collaboration activities up to evaluation.
