Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh human relation dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumda BPR Majalengka. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjalankan sebuah perusahaan, semakin baik kualitas kinerja tersebut maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan citra perusahaan yang semakin bagus. Faktor yang digunakan dalam peneliti pada penelitian kali ini adalah human relation dan iklim organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran human relation, iklim organisasi dan kinerja karyawan pada Perumda BPR Majalengka, mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel human relation terhadap kinerja karyawan, iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh human relation dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian sejumlah 154 karyawan Perumda BPR Majalengka dan responden berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa ketiga variabel berada pada kategori tinggi. Gambaran human relation karyawan Perumda BPR Majalengka tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan gambaran umum pada iklim organisasi pada Perumda BPR Majalengka yang masuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa human relation dan iklim organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikansi tinggi terhadap kinerja karyawan.----This research is intended to know the influence of human relations and organizational climate on employee performance. This research was conducted in Perumda BPR Majalengka. Employee performance is an important factor in running a company, the better the quality of performance will be followed by a better corporate image enhancement. Factors used in the researchers in this study are human relations and organizational climate. The purpose of this research is to know the picture of human relation, organizational climate and employee performance at Perumda BPR Majalengka, to know the influence between human relation variable on employee performance, organizational climate to employee performance and influence of human relation and organizational climate on employee performance. The research method is descriptive and verificative method. The population of the study were 154 employees of Perumda BPR Majalengka and 67 respondents. The analysis technique used is correlation coefficient pearson product moment and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test. The result show that the three variables are in high category. Description of human relations employees Perumda BPR Majalengka classified in the middle category. While the general picture on the organizational climate on Perumda Majalengka BPR into the high category. From the research results can be seen that human relations and organizational climate has a high significance level of employee performance.
