Abstract

Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memudahkan guru menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan memudahkan siswa menerima materi pelajaran. Studi pendahuluan di SMA menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan media pembelajaran masih sangat jarang dilakukan khususnya dalam pelajaran seni musik materi notasi balok. Keterbatasan keterampilan guru dalam menguasai alat musik menjadi salah satu kendala, sehingga pembelajaran notasi balok menjadi membosankan. Dari hasil identifikasi dan analisis masalah tersebut, peneliti bermaksud melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran notasi balok berbasis musik digital untuk siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Design Basade Reasearch yang melibatkan guru dan siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Ciamis. Peneliti mendesain, validasi produk, mengimplementasikan dan mengukur efektifitas penggunaan musik digital pada pembelajaran notasi balok. Desain produk dilakukan secara digital yaitu dengan menggunakan software sibelius7 untuk menulis notasi balok dan software Cool Edit Pro 2.0 untuk merecord musik digital. Implementasi dilakukan melalui lima kali pertemuan di kelas. Efektifitas produk menunjukan bahwa penggunaan musik digital dapat menarik perhatian siswa sehingga kompetensi siswa meningkat. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan data nilai kognitif siswa yang memperoleh nilai A=90%, B=2,4%, C=1,6 dan. Sedangkan dari nilai psikomotor siswa yang memperoleh nilai A=82,5%, A- =10%, B=7,5%.----
The use and utilization of instructional media can be used as a way to improve the quality of teaching and learning. It aims to facilitate the teacher to deliver the subject matter and make it easier for students to receive the subject matter. A preliminary study in high school shows that the utilization of instructional media is still very rarely done, especially in music art lesson material music notation. Limitations of teachers' skills in mastering musical instruments become one of the obstacles, so learning music notation becomes boring. From the results of identification and analysis of the problem, the researchers intend to do the development of learning media of digital music-based music notation for high school students. This research uses Basas Reasearch Design research method which involves teachers and students of class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Ciamis. The researcher designs, validates the product, implements and measures the effectiveness of the use of digital music on learning music notation. Product design is done digitally by using sibelius7 software to write block notation and Cool Edit Pro 2.0 software to recycle digital music. Implementation is done through five class meetings. Product effectiveness shows that the use of digital music can attract students 'attention so that students' competence increases. It is proved by the cognitive value data of students who get the value of A = 90%, B = 2.4%, C = 1.6 and. While the psychomotor value of students who get the value of A = 82.5%, A- = 10%, B = 7.5%.
