Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa Akuntansi di SMK Pasundan I Kota Bandung, khususnya X Akuntansi 2. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada salah satu faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan motivasi belajar siswa yaitu model pembelajaran, dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa X Akuntansi 2 SMK Pasundan I Kota Bandung. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling purposive. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode one-group pretest-posttest design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui motivasi belajar siswa sebelum diterapkannya treatment adalah termasuk kategori sedang, yaitu 18 siswa atau 45% pada kategori sedang, 15 siswa atau 37,5% pada kategori tinggi dan 7 siswa atau 17,5% berada pada kategori rendah. Sesudah guru menerapkan treatment, terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, yaitu termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan 19 siswa atau 47,5% berada pada kategori tinggi, 15 siswa atau 37,5% pada kategori sedang dan 6 siswa atau 15% pada kategori rendah. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Jigsaw, Motivasi Belajar Siswa. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation to learn before and after the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw. An issue to be studied in this research is the study motivation of accounting program students in SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung, specifically on class X Accounting 2. This research focus on learning model which become one of the factors that have a relationship with student motivation. The learning model used in this research is a cooperative learning jigsaw.According to the issue, the subject matter in this research is how the application of jigsaw type learning model can increase X.2 students’ study motivation in SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Besides, this research used one-group pretest-posttest design method with quantitative approach. Based on the result, it is found that students’ study motivation before applying the treatment is categorized as moderate: 18 students or 45% belongs to moderate category, 15 students or 37.5% belongs to the high category and 7 students or 17.5% belongs to the low category. After the teachers applied the treatment, there is an increase of students’ study motivation which is categorized as high category. This is indicated by 19 students or 47.5% were in the high category, 15 students or 37.5% were in the category and 6 students or 15% were in the low category.
