Abstract

Impelemntasi kewibawaan seorang guru dapat membetuk karakter anak bangsa, kewibawaan dalam pendidikan merupakan sayarat mutlak dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Sehingga tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi guru tentang kewibawaan dan implemetasinya SDN Cinunuk 01 yang dilaksanakan pada saat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar atau dari mulai masuk sekolah sampai pulang sekolah, serta kendala yang ditimbulkan dari dari implementasi kewibaan dalam perubahan karakter anak didik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memotret, serta mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kewibawaan dalam pemebelajaran di SD Negeri Cinunuk 01. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah deskripsi mengenai persepsi guru tentang kewibawan dan implementawsi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa partisipan benar-benar menyadari makna pendidikan untuk pondasi pembentukan karakter. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumen partisipan menyadari bahwa partisipan berkomitmen untuk menajdikan dirinya benar-benar seorang guru yang menjadi ujung tombak pendidik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini 1) partisipan memahami kewibawaan, 2) terlaksananya kewibawaan dalam proses pembelajaran, 3) adanya kendala dalam mengimplemtasikan kewibawaan. Partisipan memiliki pendirian yang kuat untuk selalu memberikan yang terbaik dalam membentuk karakter anak didiknya dengan kewibawaannya.---This research is behind the decline of the character of the nation. This can be seen from some of the symptoms such as: fights, bullying, disrespect for older people and saying no good is considered to be the norm. This is the reason why character education should really be implanted in the education world. Because the character is an identity, if all the children of the nation end up with a bad character then the Indonesian people will be destroyed. Because of the impetus of the power of a teacher can knock the character of the nation, the authority in education is absolutely absolute in the implementation of education. So achieving educational goals. This research aims to describe the perception of teachers about the authority and implementation of the Cinunuk 01 SDN which was held during the process of teaching and learning activities from school to school, as well as the obstacles arising from the implementation of the credits in the character change of the students. This research type is using qualitative method with case study approach which aim to analyze and photograph, and describe the implementation of authority in learning in elementary school of Cinunuk 01. The technique of collecting data using interview, observation and documentation technique. The result of this research is a description of teacher perception about authority and implementation in learning. This research results in a conclusion that participants are fully aware of the meaning of education for the foundation of character formation. Based on the results of the interviews, participants' observations and documents recognize that participants are committed to self-esteem is truly a teacher who is the spearhead of educators in achieving educational goals. And the results of this study are 1) participants understand the authority, 2) the exercise of authority in the learning process, 3) the constraints in implementing authority. Participants have a strong mindset to always provide the best in shaping the character of their students with their authority.
