Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada kompetensi sistem rem hidrolik yaitu tes belajar sistem rem khususnya booster dan master silinder, dimana pada mata kuliah ini membutuhkan benda kerja nyata yang disertai lembar langkah kerja yang sistematis, karena jika dijelaskan hanya dengan teori saja, peserta didik cenderung akan lebih mengerti dari aspek kognitifnya saja, sedangkan aspek psikomotor jadi kurang terasah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan praktikum mahasiswa pada mata kuliah chasis otomotif agar peserta didik mampu menguasai standar kompetensi pada sistem rem hidrolik. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan tes belajar kompetensi sistem rem hidrolik dengan menggunakan tes kinerja yang instrumennya telah divalidasi oleh expert judgment. Berdasarkan hasil validasi instrumen penelitian yang telah dinilai oleh expert judgment, didapat CVR 69,33 yang dihitung dari jumlah seluruh item yang dinilai oleh para ahli, setelah diketahui hasil dari CVR, selanjutnya menghitung nilai CVI dengan membagi hasil dari 69,33 dibagi total seluruh item, yakni didapat 0,93. Berdasarkan instrumen tes kinerja kompetensi sistem rem hidrolik pada booster dan master silinder rem yang disusun dinyatakan sangat valid dan dapat digunakan karena memenuhi nilai CVI>0,67. Item-item yang tidak valid masih bisa dipakai namun dengan catatan item tersebut diperbaiki atau sama sekali tidak dipakai.-----The background of the problem of this research is the implementation of learning process on the competence of the hydraulic brake system that is the learning test of the brake system especially the booster and master cylinder, which in this course requires real work object accompanied by a systematic step of work, because if explained only by theory , learners tend to be more understanding of the cognitive aspects only, while the psychomotor aspects become less honed. The purpose of this research is based on the need of student practicum in automotive chassis subject so that learners can master competency standard on hydraulic brake system. This research is a development of competency test study of hydraulic brake system by using performance test whose instrument has been validated by expert judgment. Based on validation result of research instrument which has been assessed by expert judgment, obtained CVR 69,33 which counted from total number of items assessed by experts, after known result of CVR, then calculate CVI value by dividing result from 69,33 divided by total of all items, Which is obtained 0.93. Based on the performance test instruments the competence of the hydraulic brake system on the booster and master cylinder compiled brakes are stated very valid and can be used because it meets the value of CVI> 0.67.
